Guided weekly practice on Zoom in the living tradition of Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi. Open to all levels.
Choose a class from the calendar below. New students: please book the free 10-minute meet & greet first — we'll cover any limitations or questions there so the class itself can be all practice.
New to Sri Yoga? Start with the free 10-minute consult — a brief call to cover any needed adaptations or questions before your first class.
Book Free Consult →Each class moves through three movements in sequence: prāṇāyāma centering, the classical Surya Namaskar, and the ten-asana sequence transmitted by Her Holiness Sri Karunamayi. Fulfilling even for experienced practitioners, gentle enough that a beginner can follow from the first day.
Nothing fancy is required. You are welcome to participate without video, however it is a moral support to the session if you are able to have video open.
The class is selfless service. Practicing is itself the giving.
This class is held as selfless service (niṣkāma karma) for the benefit of all beings. By showing up to practice, you are already participating in that offering — there is no fee and nothing else is asked.
The opportunity to give materially is there, in the spirit of dāna — the ancient principle of generous giving that has sustained the dharma for thousands of years. Give what feels right to you, or simply practice. Both are honored equally.

Yes. The class is open to all levels and there are adaptations for every body, regardless of your limitations. Many practitioners begin here. The sequence is accessible from the first session and even long-time practitioners, including yoga teachers for over 60 years, have had their relationship to yoga transformed through its power.
Almost. New students start with a free 10-minute consult — a brief call so Yogeshwar can hear about any injuries, conditions, or questions, and so you know what to expect when you walk in. Once that's done, you can book the weekly class.
Book the free consult here → Please schedule it at least three days before the class you want to attend.
This is exactly what the meet & greet is for. Bring it up there — Yogeshwar is an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist and can suggest modifications or, if the condition is significant, point you toward a one-on-one yoga therapy session instead.

Returning students often can — the calendar shows what's still open. New students need the three-day lead time so the meet & greet can happen before class. If you're new and want to start sooner, write to yogeshwar@sriyoga.com — sometimes it can be arranged.
An archive of the session transcipts is being kept to capture gems that come up and to help the development of future projects. These transcripts are for internal use and not public. No recording will be made public that includes your image, voice, or words without first requesting and receiving your explicit consent.
An online course is in the works. In the meantime, check out the books, come to an event, visit Patreon, or connect on social media. There is a Sri Yoga Whatsapp group where we share class updates and inspiration. Write to Yogeshwar with your contact if interested.
Write a few sentences. Every message is read, and you will hear back as soon as possible.
